Not quite Brno I'm afraid but Easy Jet have announced they will be operating out of Robin Hood International Airport (That's Doncaster/Sheffield Wink ) as of early next year. One of their 21 new routes (from April) will be to Prague. This is very handy for anybody heading for the North of England.
