The British Chamber of Commerce has announced its autumn programme including several events to be staged in Brno. For further information and contact details read on:

Dear All,

workshop on „The Boss as a Coach“ will take place at B.I.B.S. premises, Lidicka 81, Brno on Monday 5th October 2009 from 9.00 – 17.00 p.m.

Achieving results is what is expected from any Manager, but how many can manage to constantly mobilise the talent, commitment, involvement, effort and enthusiasm of their Team? How to make my people give the best…nowadays?

This training proposal aims to encourage the Leadership style of Managers to make it as effective as possible; gearing it COMPLETELY, based on a healthy working environment, toward increasing successful results.

Content of the day:

- The Personal Development Process

- Manager’s Capabilities and Responsibility

- Behaviour Patterns

- Delegation / Involvement

- Laws of Influence

- The Pentagon of a Boss as a Coach

------------------

Methodology:

Training is not teaching, but rather helping each participant to discover for themselves other alternatives to their behaviour and/or attitudes. Therefore we will work based on the self discovery process, through role plays and active participation from participants.

The workshop will finish with a personal action plan build by each participant: “the commitment phase”.
