Does anybody have good experience with a ladies' hairdresser in Brno?
My wife has tried a few now and come away very unhappy with the results! They don't have to speak English just be able to do a good job.

English speaking hairdresser in Brno

A girl I know named Lucie has opened her own hair salon. She used to work at one of the best (most expensive) salons in Brno and she comes highly recommended. I had a really good haircut from Salon Vicky and she fixed it up for me one night in Livingstone and it looked that much better. Her English is quite good and the Salon is called Meridian and is on Rudisova 6. Her number is 777997723, but you might have to book an appointment in advance.

UPDATE

I felt very adventurous today so I decided to give it a go and visit the studio suggested by Rumburak. The name is Kadeřnické Studio IN.
Girl that cut my hair didn't speak english almost at all but the owner(?) does. Enough to explain what I wanted. Plus they have a catalogue so you can show what you want.
Overall pleasant experience, they are professional, prices reasonable(although I don't have comparison - ladies hair cut and blow dry is 390 KCz), worth recommending. Personally I'm very happy with my new haircut.

Has anything changed since March? Big smile
I'm looking for a ladies hairdresser that will speak English(or maybe Polish?).
I'm not going to trust in similarities between Polish and Czech when it comes to my hair Wink
Also what price should I expect for haircut and blow dry?

i was at some hairsalon, wich is in front of the amsterdam pub,the place is ok,and you can actually drink in amsterdam and then go do youre hair Smile,it was pretty expencive, but good service, and they knew a little english like..short..shorter..enough...,so i was satisfied eventough they tagged me as foreigner so..full prize Smile, and offcourse they gave me the club look wich i actually didn't want..but hey..at least is shorter Smile)

There is a hair salon right next door to Pegas in the center, never been there, but they advertise that they speak English on their sign, looks a bit posh, so probably costs more than the 80-100Kc I normally pay for a haircut.

ladies hairdressers

There is a really good hairdresser on Lidicka called Salon Vicky or Element. Not sure which name they use now. It's before Hotel Slovan in a passage way. They are really good and reasonable, don't speak English though. Also there is a good one that my girlfriend goes to on Capkova and Jana Uhra near the Wino bar. They have special prices before 12, I think it's almost half off the normal price. Can't remember the name of it though.
